Ohio Driver’s License Law
Ohio Driver’s License Law encompasses a broad range of offenses and penalties ranging from minor traffic offenses such as speeding to more serious offenses such as driving under suspension and OVI/DUI. This area of the law also includes auto accidents, hit-skip cases, automobile search and seizures, and a variety of other driving related incidents.

- Penalties Associated with the Offense
- Driving Privileges and Suspensions
- Court Dates You Already Must Meet
- The Facts as You Remember Them
- What the State (Prosecutor) Must Prove
- Pictures, Tapes, Breath Tests, and Other Evidence
- Witnesses
There is no charge for this first meeting.
Our attorneys and staff will:
- Track all Dates with the Court and any Agency Involved
- Seek Discovery (crime reports, et al.)
- Analyze the Elements the State Must Prove and Their Ability to Prove Those Elements
- Analyze the Potential Value of Pre-trial Motions, e.g. Motion to Suppress
- Represent You Before the Court
You will need to:
- Meet with Your Attorney as Needed to Work on Your Case
- Make the Decisions Regarding Plea Agreements or Going to Trial
- Submit Copies of Car Insurance to the Court
- Submit a Letter from Your Employer if Driving Privileges are Needed
