There is no charge for this first meeting.
Our attorneys and staff will:
- Meet with you to develop your complaint for divorce/dissolution
- Develop a shared parenting plan or prepare for child custody litigation
- Enter into a contract with you after discussing the terms of the agreement
You will need to:
- Provide personal and family information to submit to the court
- Provide information regarding finances, bank accounts, retirement plans, insurance coverage, pensions, debts, and both real and personal property
- Carefully review all drafts so that the documents we file with the Court are satisfactory to what you wish to accomplish
- Contact persons you know have information and might be witnesses
